Q. What is self-storage?
Self-storage is a service that offers safe and secure storage away from your home or business. It's that extra room your home or business cannot provide. It's there for as long as it's needed and can change along with your needs.

Q. What is 24 hour gate access?
Each tenet is assigned their own personal pass code to allow entry into the
facility when our office is closed. Normal allowed entry is 5 AM to
Midnight every day. For times after midnight, please ask manager.

Q. How much storage space will I need?
Stock 'N' Lock, LLC offers a variety of storage unit sizes. This offers you the flexibility to select and pay for the storage unit size that best matches your requirements. View the size chart on on Size/Rate page.

Q. Can I change my unit size later on?
You may increase or decrease your unit size in accordance with your personal requirements.

Q. How will I know when my storage fees are due?
Rental fees and taxes are do the 1st of each month. We do not generate a monthy invoice unless special arrangements are made.

Q. Are there any additional charges?
There are no additional changes to rent (monthly rental rate plus applicable taxes) your storage unit, and you may visit the our facilities as often as you like, free of charge, during operating hours.

Q. Where can I purchase packing materials?
Stock'N'Lock, LLC stocks a range of packaging and storage materials. These can be purchased from the office staff.

Q. How much is the deposit?
Yes, Stock'N'Lock, LLC charges one month security. When your agreement is over and the unit is left clean, Stock'N'Lock, LLC will return your deposit.

Q. Do you provide the key to the unit?
Stock'N'Lock, LLC operates on the “your lock, your key” premise. This means you provide your own lock so that you can be assured that only YOU have access to your unit. For your convenience, Stock'N'Lock, LLC facilities have locks for purchase in their offices.

Q. What do I need to rent a unit?
All you need is a valid driver’s license, or other verifiable photo ID.

Q. How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve your unit by simply clicking on Reservations or you may call us directly!

Q. What about insurance?
Generally, most homeowner’s or renters insurance will cover up to a certain percentage of your belongings that are stored. Check with your agent for the particulars of your insurance company and your policy. Our member facilities can also provide you with a brochure from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance at very reasonable rates.

Q. Can I pay over the phone?
You may rent and pay for your unit over the phone, but you will need to come to the office to complete the initial paperwork.

Q. My company wants to rent storage and we need to receive regular package deliveries. Is this allowed?
Stock'N'Lock, LLC will accept deliveries for their clients. Ask your storage expert for the details at your chosen facility.
